Nandri has developed our 4E empowerment programme for our mothers. The four areas of personal development initiatives we are focusing on are: Economical Empowerment, Educational Empowerment, Ecological Empowerment and Emotional Empowerment. Women's empowerment is a particular focus for Nandri and runs through each of these 4E programmes.
Economic Empowerment allows women to control and benefit from resources, assets and income. It also aids the ability to manage risk and improve women's well-being. Empowerment of women enhances the quality and the quantity of human resources and benefits not only the mothers but also their families. Nandri works tirelessly to empower mothers and support them in all aspects of their lives.
